  Stressed and difficult to sleep? Pain in your neck, back or shoulders? 20 min acupressure mat and 20 min massage. When you use the acupressure mat the body produces endorphines and oxytocin. Endorphines are the body`s natural painkillers, wich are released during the treatment, and its end with a 20 min classic deep tissue massage.
